How we think

We start with what the problem costs you, not with technology

We find where your business loses time and money, then recommend the smallest fix and build from there.

  • Every idea tied to money made, saved or protected
  • A written summary and agreed next steps after discovery
  • Prices checked by our tech lead first
  • An agreed advance, followed by milestone payments
  • Honest referrals when it isn't our specialty

What you can expect from us on every project

A clear communication plan

Agree the project contact, update cadence and escalation route at kickoff.

Everything in writing

Prices, scope and changes confirmed by email.

Weekly updates

Progress every week, reviewed at each milestone.

No work before agreement

We start once the scope is signed.

Your information stays yours

We never share one client’s work with another.

Honest referrals

Clear agreements

Know how reviews, changes and support work

Acceptance criteria

The proposal describes what each milestone must do. Your team reviews realistic journeys and records defects against those criteria before sign-off.

Changes to scope

Additional requests are written down, assessed for cost and timing, and approved before work starts. A new feature and a defect against the agreed scope are different requests.

After launch

The agreement sets the defect warranty, access handover and staff guidance. Ongoing updates, monitoring and extra changes need an agreed support arrangement.
