FAQ

Questions we get asked

Straight answers about payments and ownership.

Still have a question?Ask it on a free 30-minute call.
Why do you ask for an advance before starting?

It protects both sides: 40% to start, 30% mid-project and 30% on delivery.

Can you build a free prototype or demo first?

No, but we'll show similar work. A paid discovery is deducted from the build if you go ahead.

Who owns the code and designs?

You do, once the project is fully paid.

What happens after launch?

Free defect fixes for 30 days, then an optional maintenance plan.

Another company quoted less. Why should we pay more?

Compare support, ownership, testing and warranty line by line. Cheaper quotes often leave these out.

Can you work alongside our in-house IT person?

Yes. We take on the bigger builds while your team runs day-to-day IT.

Can you deliver faster?

Often, with a smaller first release that meets your date.

Do you work with overseas clients?

Yes. Fixed-price builds and dedicated developers, quoted in USD.

What if you don't offer what we need?

We'll say so and refer you to a trusted partner.
